The location of this hotel is not the best, with limited views and nothing much to do in the area. the room we stayed in was small with outdated decor, and the bathroom was not clean. the breakfast and dinner buffet had a poor selection and lacked flavor. the onsen was not well-maintained and had a strange smell.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.

the included meals were delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the location was perfect and provided stunning views of the surrounding area. Another highlight was definitely the relaxing atmosphere of the onsite hot spring baths.

Went for New Year's and had a great time. The hot springs were a highlight, especially the outdoor one with a stunning view. The buffet meals were tasty with a good mix of Japanese cuisine. , loved that the hotel had a free shuttle service to nearby tourist spots.
The hotel was a bit crowded, so it was challenging to find a quiet place to relax. some of the amenities were a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing.
